1. Affiliate Purpose

Affiliation with Wellbeing Australia connects individuals and organisations to a growing national network committed to advancing wellbeing across schools, workplaces, communities, and society.

Affiliates gain access to events, resources, networking opportunities, advocacy initiatives, and collaborative projects that contribute to meaningful systemic change.

Affiliates are active contributors to the Wellbeing Australia Network. Through shared values, collaboration, and advocacy, affiliates help amplify important wellbeing conversations, support local and national initiatives, and contribute to a stronger wellbeing ecosystem across Australia.

2. Eligibility

Affiliation is open to individuals, organisations, schools, businesses, not-for-profits, practitioners, consultants, and community leaders who align with the vision, mission, and values of Wellbeing Australia.

Wellbeing Australia reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliation application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Benefits

Affiliate benefits may include, but are not limited to:

Access to Wellbeing Australia networking events and activities

Affiliate pricing for selected events and programs

Access to resources, toolkits, and wellbeing materials

Opportunities to participate in advocacy initiatives

Opportunities to contribute articles, insights, and thought leadership content

Inclusion in the Wellbeing Australia Affiliate Directory (where applicable)

Access to affiliate communications and updates

Opportunities to collaborate with other affiliates and strategic partners

Benefits may vary depending on affiliation type and may be amended from time to time.

4. Annual Affiliation

Affiliations are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of approval and payment.

Affiliations renew automatically each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Affiliates will receive advance notice before renewal and may cancel their affiliation at any time before the renewal is processed.

Renewal fees will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of renewal.

5. Affiliate Fees

Affiliate fees are payable annually and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Wellbeing Australia reserves the right to amend affiliate fees by providing reasonable notice before the next renewal period.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner

Act in a way that aligns with the values and purpose of Wellbeing Australia

Maintain the reputation and integrity of the Wellbeing Australia Network

Use Wellbeing Australia branding and resources in accordance with any guidelines provided

Refrain from activities that may bring Wellbeing Australia into disrepute

7. Use of Affiliate Branding

Approved affiliates may use designated Wellbeing Australia Affiliate branding, logos, or badges where authorised.

All branding remains the property of Wellbeing Australia and may not be modified without written approval.

Affiliate status does not imply employment, partnership, agency, endorsement, or authority to act on behalf of Wellbeing Australia unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Communications

By becoming an affiliate, you consent to receiving communications relating to:

Affiliate benefits and updates

Events and programs

Advocacy initiatives

Newsletters and announcements

Opportunities to participate in campaigns and projects

Affiliates may unsubscribe from general communications at any time; however, essential administrative communications relating to affiliation may still be sent.

9. Privacy

Wellbeing Australia collects and manages personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Affiliate information will only be used for the purposes of administering affiliation, communications, events, advocacy initiatives, and related organisational activities.

10. Termination of Affiliation

An affiliate may cancel their affiliation at any time by providing written notice to Wellbeing Australia.

Wellbeing Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliation where:

The affiliate breaches these Terms and Conditions

The affiliate acts contrary to the values or interests of Wellbeing Australia

The affiliate engages in unlawful, unethical, or harmful conduct

No refund will be provided for any unused portion of the affiliation period unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Wellbeing Australia may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any significant changes will be communicated to affiliates and will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.
